"I have used Dr Dent for years for my gums. They have always taken such wonderful care of me until this year. Now I cannot seem to get past the front office. I moved out of state for a few years and when I returned I stopped by to make an appt. The young lady up front took time to pull my records and make me an appointment. The appt was scheduled for a couple months out. I show up on the agreed day and was told it was not till the following Monday. I explained that I put this in my calendar in front of the lady and confirmed it on that day and this girl basically called me a liar and told me to return the following Monday. When I showed up Monday, I was told my appt was cancelled due to me not answering my phone to confirm my appointment. I explained that I was just in here a few days ago and confirmed it then but that did not seem to matter. They will not get a 3rd time to screw me over and waste my gas for nothing. Dr Dent, you can do better than this. I wonder how much business you have lost because your scheduler cancels appts erroneously ."

"I have had Dr. Dent treat me several times over the past 30 years. Gum disease, gum graph. I even had to call him once on a weekend about an issue...he picks right up. Did I also mention he makes follow up calls the evening of any procedure he does to assure I was ok and assured me to call if anything changed. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Dr. Dent is just awesome and amazing at what he does and once you go to him, you won't ever need another periodontist because he is the best."
