"I had the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in a dentist office. My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Zimmerman for a root canal following a crown and continued issues of sensitivity. I was contacted multiple times to alert me of the charges, process, and to answer any questions prior to my arrival. The staff were very friendly and the doctor had impeccable bed side manner. He asked me numerous times if I was doing okay and if I needed anything to let him know. He and the dental hygienist were phenomenal together. He never once had to ask for anything as she already knew which tool he needed. They had the best energy together and really helped to calm me down. Following the experience I’ve felt no pain whatsoever and I was immediately given a text to make sure I was doing okay. I just can’t thank the staff enough for the experience during my time away from my dentist.
