"The information about the property being auctioned is thorough."
"Don't bother going to their auction, they don't follow their own rules, if you place the final bid you win the property when the time expires, but they will extend the auction. And not let it end at it's appropriate time, (this happened to me on three separate properties) I put in my final bid 10 minutes before auction ended I was the highest bidder when time expired, then they extended the time to allow others to come in. If you want to run an action let the winner win. Or maybe we can take this into sports and just extend the time so the other team can come back . Just a big hoax, I'm sure they're letting their insiders take over these properties with no doubt. We are doing inquiries with the our county to find out what is the ruling on auctions"
