"I had a routine service done on 9.22.23, and it seemed to go OK and a price that ended up being $361 with brake pads all around and a $50 air filter (I know, I know). Took longer than I expected, but it was a fine transaction. However, I took a look in the lot and saw a new 2023 Cadillac Escalade with a sticker *adding* $20,000 for "Market Adj." The same vehicle I see all over TikTok with water pouring into the passenger compartment through improperly sealed openings in the roof and owners who claim that the dealers won't repair the problem. Regardless of the water leaking problem, I would not buy anything off a lot with a +$20K sticker on any vehicle. Period. Not even Ferrari. There were spider webs on the tires of half the used cars, so you think they might anxious to sell something. Apparently not to me."
