She recently moved to the Citadel Mall and 1 her shop is beautiful she had so many options to choose from! 2 Mrs Frances is the absolute SWEETEST lady ever! i found my dream dress but it was over my budget and she was able to lower it to my budget! during my dress appointment she was so helpful willing to help put on dresses show me some different options she had and i told her that even tho my wedding isn’t till 2026 i wanted to wait and see and she was super understanding and gave me her business card. After an hour of contemplating i had to go back and buy the dress just because it was absolutely beautiful on me and she was just the sweetest ever so i had to give her my business! i 1 million percent recommend her and her shop if i could give her 10 stars i would!"
