"We had a pretty good experience here. The place needs a bit of sweeping and reorganizing but its not that really bad. My only concern was it was difficult to find cause the plaza where its at is in between two restaurants. Also the slope and trees cover its location. Other than that, its that “cold stone” that we all know. The staff were pretty nice and were smiling while helping us. Also, we went there on a Sunday and it wasnt that bad at all."

"I came tonight with a group of 4 people. 3 of us are vegan- gluten free and dairy free. There was no manager working at the time. The two ladies who were working were not Knowledgeable about which items on the menu was gluten free or dairy free. And all of the silk ice cream and sorbet was out of stock. She also didn’t know if any of the toppings were gluten free or vegan. And they said they did not know how to find out. So only one or from our group was able to buy ice cream."

"No wait, but the girl serving me made too much so she had to put into multiple bowls. I ordered a large bowl of founders favorite with cookie dough ice cream, and wasn't sad I had too much. Loved every bite."

"Ice cream is typical coldstone ice cream but some of the employees just don’t want to do their job. I placed a pickup order on google and went to pick it up. I paid for it online and tipped. When I got to the store the young man working the front area told the female in the back “hey there’s a pickup order can you get him his ice cream”, she replied by telling him to shut up, Very unprofessional and just rude to her co-worker. There were two females in the back room talking the entire time time I was there. Meanwhile the young man was making the ice cream. So I waited by the pickup sign for about 5 minutes, which is fine because waiting is not the issue. After he attended to the customers before me, he came over to me and got my name. He checked the freezer behind him which did not have my ice cream. Meanwhile the two females are still talking to each other. The young man had to go to the back freezer and get my ice cream. To her credit the female came to the front and apologized, but all of this could’ve been avoided if she just treated her co-worker with respect and kindness and did her job. Date and time: 9/9/23 around 7:50-8:30 pm."

"Worlds most overpriced cake. Ordered this cake online for my daughters 16th birthday. It looked like a small child decorated the cake. It doesn’t even look like it was fully decorated. Never would I recommend or buy any dessert from this store. This is the cookie dough ice cream cake."
