"I had an in office appointment 10/25/23 at 1400 hrs. I waited there since 1330 until 1437 and no one ever showed. Although Dr. Bell did reach out after I had sent out an email. The problem is I replied a few minutes later and never got a reply back. Whoever did the scheduling should have better communication whether it’s in office or telehealth. It wasted my time because I had to take off work early and led me to being unsatisfied. I will change my rating when someone reaches back out to me."
"My son was evaluated in July. I heard nothing from them after his evaluation. I called for the entire month of August and left numerous of voicemails. Never received a call back. Finally got someone to answer late September and was informed all I needed was for the Dr. to go over the evaluation with me on the phone but she didn't have any availability until the following month. On the day of my appointment the Dr. had to do a sudden reschedule because her computer wasn't working. The next day we were able to meet and she went over the evaluation with me and told me that she would send me the results via email that upcoming Friday. Friday came and I didn't hear anything. I had a scheduled meeting with my sons school that following Tuesday and needed the results to get my son the proper help that is needed. I have called, left voicemails, and even sent an e-mail. All I have gotten was a call back saying that someone would call me back and here I am a week later still no call back, no email, no results, NOTHING. It is so discouraging when you are doing all you can to get your child help and the only thing you need is a email and you can't get the information to his school or doctor. I would hate for him to have to go through this evaluation process all over again when again all I need is the evaluation report. I just don't understand what's so hard about getting me the information. I'm not even a person that does reviews but I don't know what else to do to get in touch with this office because if you go by there they are always closed."
"Initial visit with Dr. Kanika Bell was ok, but I have been trying to get in contact with her for a few weeks now for a copy of my report and no one answers the phone. Ihave drove to the location several times and it not opened. I finally spoke to someone and they said the person I needed was out. Its been 1 week and half and still can't get and answer and the office is still closed. Just not good business at all."
"The CEO (team) is very professional. The counselors are knowledgeable. Clients feel welcomed and well served."
"Greatly appreciate Dr. Bell and her expertise. She is a good listener and very empathetic. She is very observant and can easily pick up on symptoms and clues that aren’t verbalized. At the same time she is not quick to make assumptions or eager to label you with a diagnosis. My son has been to her twice for psychological testing and both times have been very helpful in his overall treatment plan. The first time we went in 2017 we had a lot of issues with the front office and scheduling/communication. We did not have any issues in 2019. The front office staff is very professional now and everything went smoothly. *Each assessment requires 3 office visits, so I am not just giving a recommendation from one appointment. *"
