"Dr. B is kind and professional. Yes the wait times are long. But if you are ever in need of a longer session he will not rush you out. Remember he will have to stay longer as well and come home to his family probably drained from all the scenarios he had to work through. His staff is always nicen and if you ever run into issues the office manager takes care of it immediately. I'm giving 4 stars because of the long wait time."

"I had been trying since January to get into this office, I was recommended by a friend who SWEARS her therapist at this clinic is AMAZING. She has made so much progress and I was hopeful for the first time in a long time. However I had called multiple times trying to figure out what was going on, and why no one was reaching back out to me. I was told on several calls to call back in 2-3 days, so I did, but they still hadn't found my paperwork and was told I would receive a call back the same day. NEVER got the calls. Its really unfortunate that someone in need of help cant receive it. After 2 months of Calling and calling, trying to make an appointment they still couldn't find my paperwork. I was told I would get a call back the same day, now over a month later I get a call to make an appointment??.. Its hard enough to try and seek help when you are feeling so low. I feel bad leaving the 1 star bc I believe the therapists here are probably great, but for me, I never got the chance to find out."

"The doctors are really good. They care for their patients and try to see everyone. However, the waiting is super long. I have had up to an hour wait (past my appointment time) for my last session. The doctors and staff aren't the problem with me. They do their jobs well. It's just the waiting and times, I don't want to sound entitled but the wait times can just be soo unpredictable that it is crazy. Great doctor. Great place. Hopefully will deal with the waiting"

"I would not go here. My doctors office gave me the number to call as a referral, and the receptionist by the name of Barbie was unbelievably rude. She barely knew my name and said we don’t know you and you need a referral and if the doctors office doesn’t know what to put in it to call her And ask for assistance so you don’t get wrong again. Very very rude! And unprofessional! I called the doctors office and they said they sent a referral December 20 and today is December 23. I am in healthcare and retired after 30 years of service. I cannot believe that anybody will treat their clients like this."
