"I used to be a patient of dr. Wilcox for probably five years or so. Everything was going great until I recommended him to my girlfriend. Had he never treated her I would be leaving a 5-star review. When my girlfriend started seeing dr. Wilcox she was put on 4 different strong medications. Dr. Wilcox stated that some of these medications could cause issues and if that were to occur to call him IMMEDIATELY. After being put on these medications she was never able to get in touch with Dr. Wilcox. None of our calls were answered nor our messages were returned over the course of 3 weeks. Eventually we tried stopping all medications without his advice and this caused my girlfriend to go through withdrawals. Finally Dr Wilcox called my girlfriend from a blocked number and left a message after I specifically told his secretary to have him call me. The message only said to take half of the medication for a week before she stops completely. Nothing else no apologies for not responding sooner or anything. This happened right before Thanksgiving which made things that much harder on my girlfriend. And to top things off he just sent us a bill today months after she stopped seeing him."

Suffering from Severe trauma, Anxiety and Manic Depression etc...he has always made me feel welcome and free to share anything bothering me.
