"Everyone here has been kind and helpful. The people at the front are so welcoming and patient. It makes such a difference to deal with nice staff checking in and out because I’m always so anxious for these kinds of appointments and they really set me up for success. They always returns my phone calls for scheduling or any questions about medical records. The therapist I see is so understanding and has really changed the way I think about myself. I always feel heard by him and he takes my problems very seriously. The psychiatrist is also great to work with. He has listens to my concerns with medications and he is also very validating with my life experience. I appreciate this place so much. It’s been a month and a half and I am so glad to have the support from them."

"I think Dr. Steele is a fine doctor - but services were much better before he moved to this location. This place will “nickel and dime” you to death. By law, he can’t give me refills on two of my prescriptions. He used to give me paper prescriptions for those two months - but not now. I was instructed to call the pharmacy to make sure the meds were in, and then to call him for a refill. If he has to call more than once, there will be a $35 charge. I just went by his procedure, and - according to the person in the office, he charged me $35 anyway. I needed my records and was charged the maximum charge allowed by law. When I call to leave a message, the recording reminds me to only leave a message on the two days he works in that office so that his phone mail won’t fill up. Maybe, they’re raising money to buy a better phone service???"

"This place is a joke . If you have an appointment expect at least an hour after scheduled time before you get back to see the doc but if you ever late they want to bill you and cancel your appointment what is wrong with this place seem to me they the ones that need some help not to mention they called us back to reschedule an appointment . If you can find another place to seek help then start now ."

"This is the worst psychiatric care facility i have ever been to in my life. I suffer from severe anxiety/ ptsd/ depression and more. I call these people 24hrs + in advance to reschedule my appointments and they cancelled me from their practice. Not only that they took on my medications from my main Dr. and now he won't write me for med's that i'm disabled for because of this office. I am disabled and waited almost a year to get in here and good luck seeing one of the main psychiatrists unless it's 2+ months. The office staff is completely rude as can be and very hostile on the phone like they own the place when you prove them wrong. Also lets not forget to mention that i had to call an ambulance having a severe anxiety attack IN this office and my "therapist" sat there and did nothing......... Trust me don't waste your time with this office if you have actual needs that need to be met for psych reasons."
