"I would not recommend this place if you really want change!! The therapist I had wasn't too much of help. I wasted my time and my insurance. She started late ended 8 minutes early. I got nothing out of it, which is not good because I came there to get help for my anxiety and was not taken serious .I requested to see someone new 3 weeks ago still haven't heard back from anyone. gonna take this lost and keep looking for a therapist who truly wants to help people not just for a pay check."

"Sarah Elwell is far the most comfortable I've been with a mental health professional and the most helpful counselor/therapist I have seen in my 2 decades of therapy. Sarah makes the difficult things easier to talk about and always makes sure I am okay at the end of our sessions. The only downside is it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment scheduled every 2 weeks, however I brought this up last session and I've been assured she is working on making that process easier. I have insurance, but the cash pay option is really affordable as far as therapy goes. Staff is friendly and helpful. I can't speak on the others in the practice as I have only seen Sarah Elwell, but Sarah really is the best counselor/therapist I have ever been to. I have recommended her to several people and I have never recommended anyone before. I know it can be hard to find a therapist/counselor you "click" with, but if you need help absolutely check here to see if they have someone who is a good fit for you. They have several who all specialize in different areas and different techniques."
