"Does not offer returns of any kind. I attempted to swap a pair of shoes less than 60 seconds after completing my purchase and was told in no uncertain terms that it’s not possible. The shoes didn’t even leave the store. Really? The shoes were not any sort of limited edition, and are widely available on all sellers. I’d understand if they were some extremely limited edition pair but this policy is pretty absurd."

"First of all this place requires that you wear a mask but they take no effort in notifying anybody in advance that's coming to visit their store whether they do. So if you show up you're not going to be allowed to enter because they don't even have complimentary masks. Meanwhile the customers that are in the store aren't even wearing their masks or not wearing it properly. They also look like they were actually given complimentary masks but I guess if you're not cool enough you're not getting one. Secondly their customer service is horrible. The two women that usually work in that store I have no complaints about their nice and respectful. The men not working there however are completely ruined and lack any customer service. They also advertised a raffle on Instagram that was completely different than the raffle that I won. I emailed and called customer service about it and it has been about 2 weeks and still no answer by Phone or by email. They also claim to not allow camping outside their store yet every time there's a release there's dozens of people always waiting more than 2 hours before the store opens."
