"Absolutely disheartened by this office. Patients are penalized for their disorganized and unprofessional staff. I had called a couple appointments trying to reschedule or speak to front office staff and could never get a return call or I'd leave voicemails and no one ever would call back. Then they make an appt i took the day off work and i get a call one hour before my appt stating they would not see me because i had missed a few appointments? I ask to speak to a supervisor or office manager as i had to speak to one previously(Maria) for the exact same issue of no one returning my calls/ voicemails from the Greenville location. That was last week and I have yet to receive a call back from the manager that promised me she would call me right back after speaking with the doctor or Tandie. I asked for Tandies email address to explain the situation myself and I got a call from an office staff member at the Greenville Office instead? Who only tried to discredit me by saying why didn't I call the other office? You call one location they say call Greenville, now Greenville tells me to call the Anderson location? I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and disorganized practice in my 41 years of life. Patient beware!"

"Dr. Martin's office is a very friendly place to go if you are in need of mental health services. They have a wonderful group of doctors, nurse practitioners and psychologist to help your through any problem you may have. Sometimes there is a wait, but like any other office, sometimes there are people who need a little extra time. I, for one, would want them to take a little extra time with me if I needed it. This is the most compassionate group of professionals I've ever seen. You WILL get the help you need if chose to go there."

"I love my nurse practitioner and my therapist but their billing department messed up and didn't bill me for 3 years and they could only build my insurance back a year and now is holding me responsible for the last 2 years because their billing department messed up and that's all they can tell me is that their billing department messed up. It doesn't matter to them I see that I am in desperate need of my medications and my therapy. I feel instead of making me pay for their mistakes they should just chalk it up and take responsibility for their mistakes and stop punishing me"
