"Dr. John is great; a 5-star rating! As for the Business Depart, they have absolutely no customer service. I scheduled an appt. They called late a day prior to the appt changing the time. When I called the day of the appt indicating the change does not suit my schedule. They charge me!"

"I've been a patient of Hope Cromer for over 20 years. She is FANTASTIC. I've never once felt like a number, nor have I ever felt rushed out of her office. But I also understand that psychiatrists aren't therapists. I don't think insurance companies would allow for both. I completely agree that there are people on the administrative staff who have about as much personality as dead fish. I simply try to be as kind as possible and tell them that I hope their day gets better when I leave. There is one woman, and I am terrible with names, but she has a jazz-singer-smoker's kind of voice - she is the KINDEST and MOST helpful person of the administrative staff I've ever encountered. Dr. Cromer's nurse, Micky, is also helpful and it is rare that she does not get back to me the same day unless I call at the absolute 11th hour of the afternoon. When people who work with the public are rude, I just try to have fun with them instead of being rude back."

"The two doctors I've seen in my 15 years of being a patient here have been great. But, the office staff is so terrible I'm not longer able to use this office at all. Its a true shame I am no longer able to receive care from a good doctor because the office staff refuses to do their job. I have called multiple times in the past 2 weeks and never once have I received a call back. They wont even cooperate with sending out a referral to a new doctor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"Horrible customer service. After being a patient for over 10 years I've been discharged for not being seen for 6 months and $120. First, my appointment schedule is to be seen every 6 months. Second, I was seen in August and discharged in December; only 4 months. Third, I only have virtual appointments which must be paid in advance before the appointment. The "office manager" Mitzie will not take a payment for the debt to allow me to reschedule an appointment. All she wants to do is argue, not provide any documentation or proof. She has zero compassion for someone with severe bipolar disorder and depression and suicidal ideations. Totally not appropriate. I'm finding a new provider."

"Upstate has been nothing but awesome since i moved to SC in 2019. Dr Tridico and the staff have always been courteous and have been there to help as needed. Even when i am leaving on a trip, and i make a last minute call to get my medication early the nurses and staff were on top of it to help the same day, resolving whatever issues from insurance and pharmacy. I would recommend them to anyone and really appreciate the care and professionalism."
