Unfortunately, the Roper St Frances system has caused him and others to have little time to spend with patients. The system prevents personal contact and each request for simple information is passed through the system who then interfaces with the Dr.s staff who are overworked as well. Often the request is lost in translation. So sad. Thanks for listening."
