"We’ve been seeing Jessica Glover here for over 8 years. We have NEVER had a bad experience at Coastal. Both of my children have had some substantial medical issues throughout the years. We’ve seen her for everything from minor issues to hospitalizations. Jessica has always gone above and beyond. We’ve also seen Dr. Behm and Dr. Stone. They’ve all been thorough, professional, and kind. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking! I promise that your children will be well taken care of."

"Dr. Williams is incredible and we are beyond pleased with him and all the staff. HOWEVER, some of the office policies, including NOT being able to call and reschedule an apt on a Saturday, are absolutely obnoxious. Some of us work 8-5 Monday through Friday (in healthcare mind you, so I am generally very understanding) and Saturday mornings are about the only time we can make a phone call. This office doesn’t open until 9 on Monday-Friday, so it’s not like I can call on a Monday before I start my job. I can’t call on my lunch break either because they’re on lunch at the same time and don’t answer phones. I understand they’re only open for sick visits in Saturday mornings, and I am grateful for that. However, the fact that I just sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone and not even bother to help out and reschedule a future apt is absolutely asinine. In addition to that, their management of the patient portal is horrendous. I still am unable to log on or create an account because they have our info incorrect, despite me having asked them to fix it. If Dr. Williams ever leaves/changes offices, we will certainly follow him wherever he goes. It’s just a shame that poor office management and policies that are not friendly toward working mothers, take away from the amazing place that this office generally is."

"Choosing a pediatrician for your child is no easy task. It’s even harder when you have to take into consideration the office location, staff, etc. Well Coastal Pediatrics checks off ALL the boxes for us. I made the decision to switch to Coastal after my boys original pediatrician just upped and left the practice we were with. Cue the panic! I had always heard good things about Coastal and opted to switch. Best decision I’ve ever made. The wait times are reasonable, patient rooms and waiting areas are always clean/sanitary, and all the staff are so kind/patient. They have a Pooler and Savannah location available and certain providers are only at certain locations on specific days but that’s not a problem for us. My boys see Dr.Williams and I cannot stress enough how wonderful he truly is. As a boy Mom it was important to me that my son’s primary physician be a man so they feel more comfortable. Dr.Williams takes the time to speak to both of my boys, answer their questions, and listen to their jokes or random thoughts. He also provides thorough explanations to any questions or concerns I have without sounding dismissive. The nurses are all friendly and kind. The office staff is knowledgeable and efficient. I could go on and on about how much I genuinely love this office. I am so happy that we are part of the Coastal Pediatrics family."

"We have been with coastal pediatrics for 4.5 years now. We first saw Dr. Wilson, who we loved, and after he left the practice we started seeing Nurse Practitioner, Jessica Glover. I CANNOT explain how much we LOVE Jessica! My kids are always excited “to go see Mrs. Jessica”. Everyone at coastal is great, but we are only seeing another provider if Jessica is out for the day we go in, which is rare. She takes the time to build relationships with her little patients (and their parents) and for that I am grateful. She has never made me feel like she is rushing through answering any questions, and she also puts herself from a “mom point of view” sometimes, and not always a “doctors point of view”, which I like. When she is in the room with you, you are the only patient that matters at that time. She is amazing all the way around and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER! Coastal pediatrics staff from front to back has always been welcoming and so nice. I love this office and never plan on leaving, until the kids are grown from a “pediatrics office” Thank you coastal pediatrics, we love y’all!"
