"Doctor Rhodes is great but unfortunately we will be looking for another practice to bring our children. Twice we were scheduled on a day Dr. Rhodes wasn't in the office: the first time they called us at 5pm the day before to let us know (last minute but understandable), however the second time they didn't notify us (even sent a text confirming our appointment) and when we showed up were told we had to reschedule. They also didn't check the message I left a full 24+ hours before arriving in regards to a copy of my other child's vaccination record. One of the staff was rude and insisted we were notified of the cancelation, then when presented the confirmation text didn't apologize and instead got up and walked away! Were told the next availability was 3 days later, then when we called back and said that day would not work with our schedule they said they had availability a day earlier (not sure why they couldn't schedule us on that day in the first place). Very disappointing as we have been seeing Dr. Rhodes for 3 years now. Practice has clearly become too large as the front staff can't keep track of scheduling."

Our family goes to Dr. Quinn, he is kind, patient, calm, and knowledgeable. We like all the doctor's in this office. They have early hour sick calls for those without an appointment. They have phone services that help answer questions and concerns. They sincerely care for the children and parents. Love this Charleston treasure and hope to send my grandchildren here."

"I was referred to Parkwood by a couple of friends who spoke very highly of the practice. My first visit was when my son was 5 days old and I was a very emotional first time mom. The front desk staff was amazing and very understanding. I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 of the doctors so far and they have all been wonderful! Dr. Rhodes is who we usually see and we absolutely love him and his honestly! We have yet to wait for a long period of time to be seen and they do an amazing job of getting us in when we need to be seen.
