"I had a 3pm appointment during the week but because of where I was coming from, I knew it would take some time. I called to make sure it was okay. I was told my son could still be seen if I arrived by 315. I got held up by a train for some minutes. I opened the door at 3:15 (I checked my phone) but by time I got to the window, it was 3:16. I was told my son could not be seen and there were no other appointments. I said by one minute, the lady at the desk didn’t even TRY to see what could be done! This was an appointment to see what had been going on with my son!! She didn’t even care. Do yourself a favor and find another pediatrician family that actually CARES. And understands that 60 seconds is not a large matter. I’m changing pediatricians TODAY!"

"We did not have a very good experience. My girls and I felt very rushed during our appointment and the doctor came in and never even addressed any of my daughters concerns that were given to the nurse prior of her coming in. I'm not sure if it was because we were the last appointments of the day but either way we should be treated better than we were. I've never felt like that before in all the years of coming. Just that experience alone has looking elsewhere for better care for my children."
