"One star is too good for this doctor's office. The phones have been off during business hours the majority of the times I've attempted to call them. I've been calling them for almost FOUR MONTHS, and I have only gotten through maybe three or four times. I don't mean lunch time, I mean their own stated actual hours. The phone goes straight to an urgent call center that is meant for after hours and is powerless to do anything. I've been trying to get a 3-week follow up appointment for over two months. My health has deteriorated to the point that I had to give up my job— and the insurance they provided. They told me over a month ago that I had been marked high priority, and to wait for a call back. It never came."
"I just relocated from Kennesaw GA and needed a new PCP. Saw a sign and called and scheduled an appointment with NP Shakilya Khalif. She listen to all my concerns and got me back on the right track. Best decision I made for my health care. On top of that I suggested her to my co workers and now she is their PCP. And I can't forget about Tiffany at the front desk she a great person and always great you with a smile."
"I have been trying to have my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy for three months now with no answer as to why they haven’t been transferred already. I am now completely out of my prescriptions with no refills, despite attending and paying for my regular appointments. I have spoken with the office staff each week and each time I’m told it is marked as high priority and will be handled within 2-3 days. Now I am unable to get in touch with anyone in the office, despite calling during business hours. The office staff has also been rude and unprofessional several times. I have not had a direct issue with Dr. White but the lack of urgency and unprofessional office staff will cause him to lose patients."
"Hard to get messages actually sent to doctor. Had an appointment on April 24th, and it’s June 9th. I gave Dr. White papers I need sign from a physician and he said he’ll be able to get it handled in a week. Call a week after the appointment the office told me it’ll be ready in a week. Call a week after that and I still haven’t got the paperwork back. I’m leaving a 2 star because they seem like good people but they making promises and not being able to come through on them and that’s bad business."
"I saw Dr. White to establish patient care 1 week ago today. I moved from NC and needed a PCP here in Columbia. I had a wonderful appointment with him where we addressed 4 issues and came up with a game plan. 1. Send an e-script to begin refills on a medication I have been on for a few years. 2. Send an e-script for an appetite suppressant and follow up in 2 months. 3. A referral to a specialist for something. 4. I gave a urine sample to check on my already-diagnosed UTI because I wasn't sure my current antibiotic was working. I was told I would get a call with urine results. In the past 7 days I have sent 3 emails through the patient portal, left 1 message on the nurse line (got a call back 2 days later), and spoke with the front desk SEVEN TIMES. The nurse that called me back was able to send 1 of the medications but stated that Dr. White would have to push the other medication through and he still hadn't read my urine results (this was day 5). So, I have an infection festering in my body for more than 7 days now, finally chased down 1 prescription and there is no logical explanation as to why my urine results haven't been read and my 2nd prescription hasn't been sent in. No one has answers and it appears as though I'm being ignored. 1/10. Would not recommend."
