"At the suggestion of Krissy (?) at customer service I called the closest store to me when the warehouse was out of a size and color I was hoping for in an exchange. Thankfully this location had it in stock! The sweetest person answered and was extremely kind and helpful and I’m the worst and can’t remember her name- but she pulled my order, got me checked out quickly and efficiently. Better yet she estimated that my order might not arrive until Wednesday with the holiday- but she got it out so quickly that they arrived a day and half after I placed my order. Totally made my day!!! Thank you so much king st store! Looking forward to stopping in next time I’m in town. Y’all are the best!"

"We were on Vacation this last full week in October. Received a e mail from Tecovas about their Birthday Boots. Because I have a narrow foot sizing is always an issue. Went into the Charleston Store and was waited on by Lizzy. One of the best Customer Service person ever. She knew I wasn’t going to be buying at the Store since they did not have the boot in stock. "My husband had been looking at Tecovas boots for about a year, but couldn’t decide on what style. We just happened to stumble upon the Tecovas store when we were in Charleston - lucky for us! Will helped us and could not have been more consultative. He asked questions to understand how the use case and provided recommendations specific to my husband. He was incredibly patient as it took several pairs to determine what the best size was, too. I wish every salesperson we encountered was like Will! He was wonderful.
