"Always have to wait 30mins more than you expect. Oh and when you get your breakfast this is what you get. A lunch chicken sandwich and pieces of fries?"
"It’s a Chick-fil-a Exactly what you have likely come to expect, consistent, with a bit more chaos at peak hours such as ~8am, ~noon, and ~7-8pm, but they are doing as much as possible."
"Would leave 0 if I could. Put in a mobile order just to find out the entire building is closed. Why even allow orders if the restaurant isn’t open? I tried calling, the line doesn’t work and their voicemail is full. Will be reporting to corporate to get my money back. Absolutely dumb lol."
"Have you ever heard of a restaurant that specializes thin chicken running out of chicken? How about every day for almost a week? It’s even better when you only find out that they’re out of chicken after waiting for over 30 minutes. A perfect representation of dining at the University of South Carolina."
"After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got my food and instead of my large fry and drink, I got a small cup and a barely half filled fry container. This Chick-fil-A used to be good. Switching to all online orders ruined it. The pick up is too crowded and orders come in too fast. There were at least 70 orders being processed at the same time the entire time I was waiting for food. I get wanting to do something to be proactive against COVID but when you have 50 people crowding in to wait for their food at the same time, it completely undermines the original purpose of the change."
