"I brought several of my friends in a few weeks ago. They were in visiting from out of town. We had no intention of buying shoes but just popped in. We went to the back and tried on shoe after shoe and were treated wonderfully by one young saleswoman with such patience and respect. We spent at least an hour, if not more, in the store, pulling shoes off of the shelves and she had no problem running for our sizes. In the end between purchases from the store and special orders I would say we did a lot of spending that day. I hope our hardworking saleswoman got the recognition she deserved!!! I will be in again!!"

"For a small business, I am shocked at their lack of attention to detail and respect for their customers. I excitedly walked into the store a few days ago, because they have a good selection of shoes. I walked out with a new pair of sneakers, but when I got home, I realized that they gave me two different sizes. I thought “that’s annoying, but I’ll go back tomorrow and exchange them - no big deal”. I went back to exchange them, but barely got a sorry out of anyone. Well that’s not even the worst part. When I got home the second day, I realized that they gave me two right shoes. Are you kidding me? So I went back the next day - this was now the third day in a row I’ve gone to this store for one pair of shoes. I explained the situation to the woman working there and again, barely got a sorry out of her. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and I doubt I will be going her again. I’ve grown up in Charleston my whole life and love to support the small businesses here, but unfortunately this is why people shop online."

Yesterday my mom and I literally tried on 5 pairs of shoes and unfortunately didn’t take any home with us, but the sales associates were still so kind and happy to help us! "The only reason I’m giving them 1Star is because the shoes are nice. However, I felt instantly judged as I walked in the store, almost like they determined based on my outfit that I wasn’t able to afford anything in the store. I couple that walked in after I did and picked up one particular shoe were greeted by a sales rep and attended to, I walked around the store and picked up several shoes and was only met with glares and a watchful eye. I can promise you I won’t be back and I will never speak highly of this store."
