"I've had a terrible experience with this company. They know how to take money out of the account for their expenses but have not been able to do the same to pay for taxes. I found out 6-8 months after taxes not being paid that they never did after they said they would. I have now sent their required documents twice to get taxes filed and paid and they still keep asking for them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."

"If I can do one person a favor by writing this review, I hope it helps. Do NOT use this company. They are terrible! There is no local contact and customer service is awful. They have messed up my company's payroll taxes and I have tried for over a month to speak with someone and get help and no one will help. I keep getting passed to one person after another with case numbers and a promise for a call back and nothing happens. They have zero care for small businesses. Please do yourself a favor and pass over this terrible company."

"Terrible experience ! The sales executive Rachael came at our site in a day to sell ADP service. She put pressure to sign the contract as it was a good deal for 24hours. However, once the contract is signed, there is no technical service and says she is not responsible for it... 6 weeks later, we are still not able to use ADP... However, they are very good to pull the money on our bank account very efficiently. Run away !"

"this is a non responsive company, My w-2 is wrong, my Employer and I have been requesting correction since January, the customer service is non existent, it takes hours to get a response, I find them the worst to deal with."
