"I was recommend by my neighbor to get help from this place. I gave them every document they needed they went through my statements. Got a letter from my boss about our hours and they still denied me. I went and found another company to help. They help me with no problem I was honest. My neighbor makes way more then me. And she got help but the difference between me and my neighbor I’m black and she is white. Maybe that was the issue but I hope this is not how they do everyone that needs help."

"If i could give zero stars i would. I went in to file my taxes, they told me i should get a csll within 4-5 days. 2 weeks later, stil no call, i jad been trying and trying to call, no answer, left voicemail after voice mail, no call back. I finally call today, talk to someone, and they wanted me to give them another week and then come in. Seriously, i could have filed with turbo tax and already had my tax return back."
