"Had the unfortunate experiencing of using this place to get live scan done about a month ago for my medical license to practice in the state of Florida. When making the appointment online, there is a section asking for additional information in regard to the visit (They do not ask that you bring any additional documents, ex photo ID, or provide additional information, ex ORI, to the visit). I very clearly wrote that I am getting the live scan done for a medical license as a physician in Florida. This narrows the ORI choices to two. Pretty simple, right? One would assume they have done this before & would know which ORI to use, instead of relying on the customer to figure it out during the visit. That assumption is false. The employee had no clue what to do, and the individual she called, the owner I'm assuming, wasn't helpful either, stating that I "would have to pay again if we use the wrong ORI". Obviously, they do not read the information provided by customer prior to a visit, as they were completely unprepared, & have little, if any, experience providing this service. I was the only customer there, so being unprepared wasn't because they were busy. Luckily, I was able to figure out which ORI to use & the scan was sent to the appropriate agency, no thanks to the utterly incompetent staff. To top it off, from the second I walked in the door, the staff member was extremely rude & unhelpful. She didn't so much as offer a towel/place to wash my fingers to remove the gel that's used for the scan at the end of the appt. This person should be fired immediately. Unfortunately, they are just about the only option for live scan in town, which is probably the reason why they can get away with operating in this fashion. I will happily drive to Florida, & much further, before using this place again. I would advise anyone reading this review to do the same. I also noticed that they charge $50 for hard card fingerprinting/FBI fingerprint card service. You can have this done for free by the Savannah Police Department at the Administrative Services and Training Complex, located at 78 Ross Road. The staff there are much more helpful, professional, & competent. Hopefully, they will offer live scan in the future. I am sure this was somehow my fault, & the owner will invoke the (highly questionable) 5 star reviews this place has, instead of addressing the issue/doing business properly. Would give zero stars if I could. What a joke. *Then why not include a line about the customer needing to provide the ORI in the live scan service description? Or just have a few sentences about what the customer needs to bring to the appointment in a f/u email? Zero guidance was given. Obviously, the Florida Department of Health did not provide me with the ORI, otherwise I would have given the very unpleasant individual there that information immediately. The lead up & appointment were anything but indicative of a place that's done thousands of these. In regard to the employee, calling her rude is gracious. I felt like she was disgusted by my very presence as soon as I walked in. Did not greet me. Provided minimal instruction & seemed to be very annoyed during the entire process. Did not say thanks for the business. Did not direct me towards any area to wash my hands. She didn't even tell me the process was over or when I could expect FDLE to get/process my prints. Do you think I wanted to do anything but get the heck out of there after such an awkward experience? But yes, as I figured, I am to blame. Thank you for being so predictable. I expected nothing less."
