I had both neck and back pain I asked if I could get a cortisone shot his nurse and he told me my insurance will not pay for it that's a LIE I check with my Ins. Company and they would cover 2 shot a year. He would not give me a referral to Physical Therapy so my only choice was to take Aleve and Tramadol when needed. DO NOT GO TO HIM EVER"
