"Worst customer service. The advisor, Kyle, returned my call once in a 3-week period only after the supervisors were involved. They charged me $200 for a diagnosis because they "had to pull mechanics for the job"...aka plug an OBD scanner to get a code. I'll never take my car back."

"despite having an appointment, arriving early, being a recurring customer, paying early for multiple tires the company blatantly disregards their customers. Was told service would be performed in 2.5 hours and after being told the service was done , was later informed nothing had be done after waiting 3 hours. With no apology."

"Do not go here, they will cheat you out of money. Took my car in a few months ago for something covered under warranty. I was told there would be a leased vehicle or rental available while my car was being serviced. Well not lease vehicles; so I get with enterprise and with corporate. Corporate states they’ll give me $45 a day for the rental. Enterprise says $40 a day for the rental (plus a dollar and some change in taxes and fees). Few months go by. My cars ready (interior covered in mold mind you, as they apparently can’t take care of a car either). They tell me I owe $1300 for the rental. And that apparently they have a special deal with enterprise that all rentals are $50 a day. When I took this up with enterprise they simply said “oh yes we’ve heard of them doing this in the past”. Took it up with corporate ford and they said the same thing. Similar issues have happened with this service department; but there’s nothing that can be done as corporate ford doesn’t have any actual control over what their dealerships do. Long story short. Don’t get a Ford. And definitely don’t go to this repair shop."
