Payroll Medics

"I really wanted to leave no star, but since I have to choose, one it is! We were clients of payroll medics for a year! Everything was great when we started, but started going sour after Micheal helped us receive the ERTC. Since parting ways we have been reaching out to Payroll Medic about our payments they already pull and submitted for us to ScDew. I hate to have to leave this review but their negligence to response back to us, ( which have become very common even before this) has become annoying. On top of us now having to pay back the IRS back 5k + because OUR payroll company wasn’t checking our state and federal accounts monthly to be sure everything is accurate and correct. So now we are left to pay for a mistake we were paying someone to avoid. We really trusted Micheal and Jennifer but they have really disappointed me!!!"

"I asked them to help me with the ERTC and everything was great at first. I received communication from Michael himself. I spoke with him at length on the phone, we emailed back and forth a couple times and then everything flat lined. I don't know what happened or why but they literally disappeared on me. The last email I received from them was August 31, 2023. They told me that I did not qualify for the credit at that time, unless I had been forced to shut down business operations during COVID, at which point they could change the reason for applying to a shut down and go forward with that. I responded via email on September 1, 2023 letting them know that I had been forced to close. I didn't hear anything back for a while, so I sent another email on October 7th asking if everything was alright. After still not getting a response I called and left a voicemail for Michael on October 25th. It is now the end of November and I have heard nothing back still. My emails show as read, so it appears they have simply decided to ignore me for reasons I do not understand, maybe I wasn't worth it, but ignoring someone because they are not a worthwhile client to you is not proper business practice in my book. Long story short, I would be careful of bothering to get linked with this company as they could disappear on you at any time. In reply to the companies response: I did send documentation more than once, stated that it was attached, called to ask if everything was ok because I hadn't heard back, all to which I received radio silence. Posting this review is the only thing that got the company to reach out to me because they did in fact send an email to me today to say they would be happy to help and have never disappeared on me, which is so far from the truth. It would be better to apologize for ignoring me then to lie. No thanks!"
