"The schedulers and medical assistants passing themselves off as “nurses” are rude and do whatever they want. They do not return calls or messages timely and seem uneducated and tacky when they do, speaking down to you like you’re beneath them when you’re already sick and scared. Dr Yee is ok but has a bit of an overinflated ego. They sadly do not seem to care. All the former GHS facilities have really gone downhill since being taken over by Prisma. They hire just anyone off the street with no education or experience working with the public. I’ve had better experiences at Mcdonald’s."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Yee since we moved here in 2009 and have been very happy with him. He is such a warm and caring person, you feel like an old friend each time you see him, and he makes sure you understand your test results or readily answers any questions you have. I have no plans to change to another doctor - totally happy with Dr. Yee."

"Dr. Yee is a wonderful doctor . He has a great personality . Always cheerful and patient. he will listen and answer all your questions . I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time . I would highly recommend him . I’ve also never had any problem with the receptionist ( since people on here reviewing have mentioned her )I’m not sure which one they mean as there was a blond one there at one time that had a great personality and really made me feel at ease .i just wish people wouldn’t give a one star because of a bad experience with reception as it brings his rating down and that’s not fair . It is a review of the doctor and not the whole place . You can still give stars for Dr. Yee and just comment about reception."
