"Giselle of your Tamger outlet was excellent! Helped us with our purchase! Very gracious!"
"I got two pairs of shoes for 99 bucks and the lady who helped me today was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have wife feet and she was able to find me the much needed type of shoes I needed."
"I had such a great experience. It was busy and an associate named Karen went the extra mile. I can genuinely say that she helped me for the rest of my life because she educated me about what works for my shaped foot. You have quality staff to match your quality shoes. She is a treasure."
". I have shortened the text to comply with the character limitations. My wife and I make it to the “Clark”store and as we enter there is couple at counter and at least two associates. We’re greeted and welcomed by a young lady associate . She asked “may I help”? I replied: do you have Naturevelts? she replied no. I responded: “what about Wallabies? Mind you we are still up front. So the couple at register and the other associate have diverted their attention to the discourse. The young lady asked what size do you wear. I responded. The more mature associate that was assisting the couple started that there is a pair of wallabies size 10.5 in the back. The young lady asked would you like to see them and indicated that the store is having a sale: two pairs of shoes $89.00”. So to my wife and my excitement I said yes. My wife took off to the other side of store for the women’s selection, the young lady to the back, and I to the men”s 10.5. Shortly the young lady returned with a size 11.5 oil leather boot. She tells me the size and I try the shoes on, they fit. So now in my mind I or my wife must find a second pair to take advantage of the sale. After about 40 minutes the associates checks on me asking is everything alright. We chat about the company, their direction, decision concerning the naturevelt and other original models as it related to sales within urban community etc etc.. To shorten the story my wife did not find anything wide enough to her liking. I after roughly 40 more minutes,a pair of sandals and a boot I decide on a second pair to complete the complete the sale, a boot. I patiently stand around and wait to check out as there is a senior lady and another associate at the register seemingly having an issue to address. I finally see the more mature associate pass by; I inquire “ do you all honor your military” she said yes with 10%; are you ready?” I replied “yes but I must return back to the parking lot to retrieve my military identification as I have left it in the car”. So now after about and hour and some I am at counter ready to purchase. The lady tells me that this pair ( wallabies) does not qualify for the sale as it is an online return....... (mind you I had already read the small print on a note posted indicating that shoes under $49.00 would not qualify mind you something no one mentioned but nonetheless the choices I made were beyond that price). Now I could elaborate about how this should of or could have been communicated or qualified multiple times prior or how this was a blatant disregard for my time, bait and switch , false advertisement etc.. or simply a mistake, because we all make them, which no one apologize to the least. Granted my time is valuable and one thing I do is spend it discerningly even as I vacation. I would have appreciated if some form of consideration would have been offered to compensate for the responsibility and/or lack of accountability on the part of the store and the associate to inform me as a customer. Nonetheless this experience was disappointing and the lack of accountability to service was unacceptable. I take people and their lives into account when making a complaint because people do not need unfavorable or unfair reports on their record. I truly take that into account as I have, prior to and as I type this morning. However, My wife and I was very dismayed with the experience and the waste of our time encountered as I exited the Clark store in Tanger Mall. One who has been committed to the brand for 30 years..."
