"This therapist cancelled on our first therapy session an hour before our scheduled appointment. When we made a follow up appointment, I waited in the waiting room portal online for 20 minutes and she never showed up. It literally said this provider is currently not online. I tried to schedule another appointment with her. She asked which days would work best. When I told her what my availability looked like, she never responded back. As someone who is battling with anxiety and depression, this is extremely upsetting. This is extremely unprofessional and I will be looking for a reliable therapist elsewhere."
"I will be looking for a different therapist please remove me from your schedule. I have waited in your waiting room for 20 minutes with no response. I called the main number and I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered. All of this after you already canceled on me twice prior to my first appointment. For my first appointment you don’t even show up. This is quite disappointing for someone who is in need of therapy and struggling with extreme depression. The therapist’s response: Hi, I am so sorry. Someone got their appointment time wrong and logged on. My fault for not checking. I understand."
