"I have mixed feelings about Tri-County Therapy, the company itself there was no issue but the Occupational Therapist was just slack. There was no effort with communicating, updates, interactions, NOTHING. It would be like that every single time a session was done, the only way anyone working with her would know is if we reached out to her because she didn’t feel like every session was important, going days or a week with no text, phone call, email letting us know would’ve been really helpful. I wouldn’t recommend her but the company itself may be better."
