"I used to H&R block for years before I moved to SC this year and It was perfect. This year was my first time in the Mount pleasant office , The accountant kept chatting on and on, I was following what he puts on the screen he was making errors that i caught and I corrected multiple times. I wasn't happy at all. The service was expensive and there was inaccuracies in the taxes. Not going back again"

"Never had an issue until my most recent filing which advised me to make an appointment in person. I have had multiple appointments (this location claims it wasn’t in their system even though a print out shows it was) phone calls, and promises of emails back, and cannot seem to find any resolution. The manager Kim Whitney has poor customer service skills and will put blame on everyone, but the business itself. The manager was supposed to respond back and has still not. I have last spoken to Michael and have still not heard back from him either. I have used H&R Block for years, but this whole experience has completely changed my view on this company."

"Michael Painter did an outstanding job for me as a first time H&R Block customer. He did a much better job than my tax preparers for the previous 4 years, and I will definitely return for next year. This year was particularly critical as I had a recent leg injury that has temporarily affected my mobility. Michael was very helpful and made it much easier for me to get around with my documents.
