"I filed my 2020 taxes at pinnacle. I was told payment could be taken out of my return. After doing taxes, I was told I owed money so I’d have to pay. I didn’t have money that day so I returned on that Friday (payday). I paid $330 fee or whatever it was. I thought all was good until I went to file my 2021 taxes and found out they never filed my 2020 taxes. Upon trying to resolve the issue, I’ve been on hold and haven’t received help… Update company fixed issues. I was able to file both years."
