"My son started with a feeding evaluation and everything seemed promising at first. The girl who evaluated us seemed experienced and even gave me good recommendations until we got our insurance approval. Once approved and started(2, 1 hour sessions/week) he has since been passed around to 5 different therapists. We were told on the first official session that for the first 3 sessions he would be with different people, then set with the woman who evaluated him. One of new therapists literally got sick and puked on the play floor in front of everybody on our last session Thursday. After that I sent an email asking for an explanation on why we’re halfway through our approved sessions and haven’t gotten anywhere, never given a report or anything and no response. Will be contacting my insurance company to let them know these sessions were completely wasted and no progress has been made."

"I am really unhappy with the service my son received. He went to SpOt for speech therapy. We loved his original therapist but she took a break to coach softball, therefore, another therapist took over. She spent months trying to get him to understand why he stutters. He’s 5, he doesn’t care why he stutters, he just wants to stop. She never did any therapy with him to my knowledge. I took him out because I felt going to her was a waste of time as my son learned absolutely nothing from her. We still haven’t found a new therapist anywhere as most places have waitlists."

Everyone greets us with a smile, her therapists are awesome with her, and they have made a huge difference in her life. Communication with the front and the therapists is easy and we always get a lot of notice if there are changes and they accommodate our schedule whenever we need a change. When we occasionally go back with her during her session to learn what to do at home we can tell everyone really cares about their jobs and kids here.
