"My wife and I have been to massage spas all over the country and around the world and Spring Massage Spa is absolutely one of the best. Their understanding of what we needed especially with our medical history was a nice surprise. I would say over all it was one of the top two massages we've had. We both got the 90 minutes 4 hand massage. I don't think we've ever been so relaxed. We were both together in the couples massage room while our daughter was her own 90 minute massage. The next day my father in law went for his first ever massage and he loved it. Great place, clean and professional"

"My wife and I had a couple's massage here. It was very nicely decorated, clean location, and had a very peaceful ambiance. I asked for the back walking as well. The massage was very good, strong enough to get all the knots out of my back and neck, but not so strong that it was unbearable. The price was extremely affordable as well compared to other spas in the area. Next time we are in Hilton head, we will definitely be coming back here."

"Went in for a couples massage recently and was very unhappy with the outcome. They charged us more than was advertised, and openly scoffed at our tip. The massage therapists talked loudly with each other the entire time, making it difficult to relax. As for the massage, it was not deep enough for my partner and left me sore the next day. I was overall pretty uncomfortable there and did not enjoy the experience."

"Pretty good for an Asian massage. They did talk toward the end, and a Gatorade commercial come on the Pandora station, but overall decent couples massage. This is not an American massage. Forget modesty, and you won’t accidentally fall asleep during this massage. But your muscles will feel better! And $60/hr is a great price, especially for walk-ins."

"I have had 5 great Swedish massages with Eva at Spring Massage Spa over the past few months. For now it is a one-woman operation, but she plans to add an another masseuse soon. Eva, who is Chinese, gives a wonderful massage, is very professional and speaks English well enough to establish a good rapport with her clients. I have had massages at several establishments on Hilton Head Island, but will use Spring Massage Spa going forward for an excellent, reasonably priced massage."
