"My friend has just recently moved into this facility because she required long term care. First of all I agree with all of the negative reviews. This place was horrible in appearance. It appeared that you were walking into a dungeon. The patient care was very very poor. My friend layed in this facility vomiting continously daily. I spoke with the nurse in regards to sending my friend to the hospital. The nurse told me that they don't want her to do that. The nurses were giving her antiemetics. Ofcourse it didn't stop the vomiting. I spoke with the nursing home doctor and he said that he thought it was resolved. Ofcourse it wasnt. My friend was so very sick. She became agitated and was trying to get out of the bed to get relief. I received a call at 0200 one morning stating that she fell out of the bed and they were sending her to the hospital. The fall is what motivated them to send her to the hospital. I was so glad that she was leaving that place. When she arrived to the Emergency Room from the fall, my friend was just about dead. The hospital is still working on her recovery. She is getting multiple bags of infusions at the hospital because she was so dehydrated from 3 weeks of vomiting. This place hardly have any staff. Mostly I saw was an LPN on the entire wing. That in itself was scary. In summary this is not the place for someone you love!! Horrible Care!! Horrible Appearance!! Horrible Place!!"

"My Mother( Martha Hines ) was a resident at this nursing home until January 9th of 2022 when she passed away. I was there on Saturday & was informed that I couldn't see my mother because they was on lock down because one of there employees went to work with COVID. But yet there employees was running in & out with out a problem.And this nursing home only contacted me once earlier ( about 2 hour's ) before she was gone. They never called me to inform me of any changes in her meds.i had to call them. They told me that my mother throw the cell phone against the wall & broke it. But after her passing they give to me and it works just fine. We brought my mother a brand new Wheel Chair & they tried giving me a rusted one because they said they couldn't find her's. And because I refused it I was informed by the manager ( Beverly ). That they would buy a new one & have it delivered to my house. Which I'm waiting for & will let y'all know if it happens. But people I would please think about putting any members of ur family in this facility. Think hard !!!!"

"Horrible, horrible, horrible. I could go on and on but I’ll keep it short. The staff does not care for the residents what so ever. I must add that Charlene is the only decent human being there. They are there to make a dollar and that’s it. The office staff never sends requested forms or ANY information after being asked to multiple times. They will hang up in your face and if they don’t do that they make sure to cut you off when you are speaking. The place is not clean, smells god awful, and I wouldn’t recommend my dog staying the night here let alone living in the facility."
