"Never. Again. We took our taxes there last year. Jaymes was supposed to handle them. Gave him everything. Emailed him additional items. Everything finally gets processed to the tune of $400 and a month later the IRS is telling us we owe the money we got back because information was not input correctly. Absolutely no apologies or offer of assistance from this place. I would have been better off using an online service. NO communication. NO customer service. But they’re quick to cash that check. I recommend staying away or, at the very least, do not allow Jaymes to handle your taxes."

"I would highly recommend Moores tax service. This was my first time here. I had multi state taxes to file. Had to file taxes for my deceased grandma and her trust. I was so stressed out but Mrs. Moore and Annette made it so easy. They were very knowledgeable and personable. All the staff are very friendly. "I recently had a concern regarding the service I received. Mrs. Moore, the owner, was excellent in explaining what I needed to do for my business taxes. Mr. Jaymes was also helpful in preparing my personal taxes, but some information he gave me about owing taxes raised concerns. I decided to review everything before proceeding and after finding a missing W-2 and providing it, along with pay stubs, my owe amount increased, which seemed odd. I value second opinions and as a young individual, I asked Mr. Jaymes to send me the rest of my documents via email. Instead of emailing, he told me that he put them in the mail. I believe he did that out of spite because i wasted his time since he told me that he spent an hour with me getting everything and his time is money...well i get your time is money Mr Jaymes but as a customer it's best to take a loss vs getting up set about it. I won't be doing service their again due to this event if i switch back to Mr Levi who i have no qualms with. As advice to others. if you feel uncomfortable with the results you get ESPECIALLY WITH TAXES ...get a second opinion Edit: After Going though H&R Block they deemed i was getting a refund and they are going to back it since that is what their policy states."
