"Went for my appointment and was told she was late and I'd have to wait an hour. We chose dropping it off, after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I had to finally reach by email because they had the wrong phone number listed. After that was told my return and it seemed off to me so I went to sign my return and decided that I didnt want to use h&r block because something was wrong. Low and behold the cap doing my taxes had never filed for Massachusetts taxes before and begged me not to cancel my return. Instead I went against my better judgment and signed it. Only for a month later to be told my Massachusetts tax return was wrong. So I'm left now regretting my decision and looks like I will be chasing someone for an answer because this is not acceptable to me. Very disappointed and I thought cpa would know all the tax laws. Dont waste your time or money"
