"I had some minor back surgery in August 0f 2019 (disc decompression & Laminectomy) and never really did any rehab or physical therapy. So those back muscles around L4/L5 were weak and was causing frequent spasms. I started working with Alyssa and she has done an absolute fantastic job in that area. "I had the pleasure of working with Alyssa Muskaj at the start of my second trimester of pregnancy for pregnancy-specific and pelvic floor therapy. I worked with Alyssa up until my due date and had consistent results and benefits, both during my 2nd and 3rd trimesters as well as my labor and delivery experience. Because of our sessions together I experienced very few discomforts during my pregnancy and was able to remain active in my gym routine as well as maintain my range of motion.
