"I was told that my returns would be started in approximately one month. Approx one month later I emailed Ms. Dana for an update. She replied that it would be a while before she could get to them. I was concerned that I was getting pushed off so I went to their office to speak to Dana. When I arrived she told me that I should just take them somewhere else because there is no way that she can give an accurate start date. I am upset that I was told it would be approx a month only to go to their office a month later and be told in person that I have wasted my time. I believe that Dana should have attempted to do anything possible to get to my returns in the next two to three weeks which I told her was fine. Instead she didn’t seem to care and almost didn’t even apologize."
