She helped me to get the maximum amount of deductions and credits and also made sure that I included all the information necessary to satisfy IRS requirements, of which, alone I would never have known. Jennifer is always very personal and professional and makes me feel at ease during what would be a stressful task if I were to attempt to file on my own."

"I love H and R Block and I have always been pleased with the service. However, there should be a discount for loyal members who have been using H and R for many, many years. It makes no sense to keep coming back if I end up paying more and more every year."
