"Horrible parking right next to a gym, seems like they don’t even take walk ins, only 1 or 2 ppl working during store hours and she wouldn’t even wanna bother since I didn’t have an appointment waited a whole hour than decided to set up a video appointment and maybe they would take me serious and nothing. Already planing to not do business with H&R Block already since my last horrible experience. Also, the lady never even bother to call or respond the video appointment."
