"Kids food portions are not worth 6.99. My sons burrito had maybe 4 pieces of chicken. Food is not good or worth the price. Spent 40 dollars on 3 adult items and 2 kid meals with a free kids meal coupon. My kids are still hungry so I’ll have to get them more food. We should have just went to chick fil a or diablo’s is good."

"I ordered a stack and a burrito to pick up. First time here and I was very disappointed. It says "stacked between two crunchy corn shells wrapped in a grilled tortilla." There were no crunchy corn shells. Nothing crunchy about it. The outer tortilla was 2 layers and it wasn't grilled. It was a very pale beige. It looked exactly like the tortilla wrapped around the burrito except there were several layers to chew through.The filling was good but the tortillas it was wrapped in were thick and hard to chew. I wish I'd ordered a quesadilla. 2 stars because the burrito, drink and cookie were good as well as the service."

"I don't visit often but when I have it's been good. The meat could be hotter, however everything I've tasted is fresh. Better than chipotle. The customer service felt genuine, they have a person dedicated to cleaning after patrons leave, the wipe the table with what appears to be a fresh dishcloth, wipe the chairs and sweep the floor."

"I ordered 3 kids meals and two stacks. They forgot the cookies in the kids meals and almost charged me for the drinks. They rushed me and my three young kids in line and I kept having to ask the lady to repeat herself because she was rushing and not speaking loud enough. But the worst part was the "steak" stack if that's what you even want to call it... I had to triple check I had the right stack because the meat didn't resemble or taste like steak at ALL. It was gray and had a weird taste.. it almost tasted like fake meat. Very low quality: are they boiling steak? I don't know. It was gross. I am pregnant and had to pick out all my protein to try to eat what I could on the go because it was all I had time to eat. Horrible experience. Diablo's is 100x better."

"I want to preface by saying I like Moe’s and their food, which is why I gave 3 stars. I order Moe’s ‘usually’ every Sunday for lunch. I order for me and 2 other employees. MAYBE once a month they get our order correct, 75% of the time something is wrong. I went in today and ordered a home wrecker with ground beef, not 30 seconds go by and the man making my food puts adobo chicken on my burrito. I then hear him tell another employee that “No one good is working today.” You are absolutely correct, and you are part of the problem, sir. Then, when you younger lady is going to ring me up, she’s asks this same guy what my order is, he says “I have no idea.” Like dude come on, you made my order 30 seconds ago. I work in the food industry so I try to avoid leaving negative reviews about other places because I know how it goes, but when you can’t get an order right even 50% of the time, you’ve got a big problem. Unreal."
