"This is THE WORST psychiatry center I’ve ever witnessed in my life. It took 2 months to get my first appointment because I kept calling and no one answered or returned my calls. Finally 2 months later, I get a returned call to set up my first appointment. After my first appointment, he refills my meds and tells me my next appointment will be in a month over the phone and they’d send me a link for that appointment. Leading up to the appointment, I never got sent a link and NUMEROUS phone calls went unanswered and not returned and on the day of, I obviously missed it. So I tried calling once again to reschedule, and again, no one answered the phone or called me back. Here we are TWO MONTHS LATER, I’ve been without my meds for ANOTHER TWO MONTHS because they won’t answer or return phone calls. I’ve emailed, called, texted, and still, I get nothing. A psychiatrist of all specialties should not be this inconsistent!!! Millions of people rely on mental health professionals to do their jobs and this center just can’t be bothered to return a simple phone call or do ANY of their actual job. Save your money, save your time, read the other reviews that say the exact same thing AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"

"Good luck contacting this office. For weeks, I've called, left voice messages and an email message; I've yet to receive any communication. It's sad that gaining adequate mental healthcare is so difficult."

"I have been seeing Dr. Harris for 13 years. I live 8 hours from his office. It was not always like this. When I moved from Richmond Hill, I knew he was too important to my well being, switching to a new Doctor was never even considered. He is that valuable. He is compassionate, understanding, listens very well. Dr. Harris's technique, I call it, which he guides me to answering my own questions at times, this helps me understand much better. However, he is a different Doctor. He cares! Intelligent. Instrumental in helping me cope with the effects of a rare disease, which neither of us knew I had but listened to me when I talked about the physical pain I was in. He kept me grounded, until one day I was given a diagnosis, a life altering diagnosis but he is still there to hear me. I highly recommend Dr. Harris! Everyone needs this kind of doctor in their arsenal of doctors!"

"I have been to a lot of different doctors over the years and I have felt that most of them are cold or uncaring. Most doctors seem to be in their field just for the money. That is not the case for Dr. Harris. He truly does care about his patients. His office staff isn't 100% on the ball at all times, mainly because they seem to be difficult to get a hold of at times. Though I will say that after I became an established patient I never failed to receive a reply from them when I have left a message. They are good people who are genuinely helpful and I'll take that over the cold and calculated type that you'll find at large corporate medical facilities these days."

I don't have insurance, but the office staff does whatever they can to work with me so I can continue treatment."
