"There was a problem with my food the two ladies in front didn't want to help me at all didn't take the plate at all back I spent 48 dollars at this place. And the front counter workers did nothing. I was lucky another worker who was behind them helped me. I will not be back and I order a lot of takeout but never from Kent's. Oh and the 2 stars are for the lady that fixed my food."

"When I was a child , we had to come to the side to be served here but the food was good and my family nevertheless remained customers. Now I'm in a later age and the quality of the food has changed, I guess they don't order from the same company some items have become unavailable or whatever has happened it's unfortunate but food,and customer service has suffered. This was my last visit. R I.P. to some of the best tasting simple food in the surrounding counties."

"Used to be a restaurant. Converted into a takeout place during covid and now back to dine in or take out. The ladies behind the counter have never disappointed. This place has been around apparently since 1963 and the spot on service is a really big reason for that. The turkey club is really nice! look forward to it whenever I am in town. The hot wings have a great flavor. The crispy chicken salad has been fresh everytime. My mom really enjoys the philly cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak sandwiches. My brother likes the banana pudding! You will get your money's worth with the portion sizes they give you. People in Thomson don't need to be told but if you are passing through the area and want something simplistic with small town vibes, stop by. The establishment may not look like much as far appearances go but the food is always hot and tasty."
