"They never answer the phone. Had to drive up there to speak with someone. ( the front desk person had the phone off the hook)They no longer accept our insurance. We really loved Dr. SIMMONS. He is the best."

"After multiple attempts to get my kids medical records faxed over to another agency they claimed to never have got the request. Ok so I called and spoke with Amanda she was able to provide a email address for the request for medical records. I notified my new agency and advised them to cc me in the outgoing email so there would be NO miscommunication this time around. Beware you can request to have them print them and you can pick them up but I was told it would be a fee. Hope it all works for the parents trying to get their kid(s) medical information from them. Good luck. Amanda was GREAT to work with! Thank you"
