"Constantly not getting in touch with you and trying to charge you for missed appointments. The staff is arrogant condescending and even with insurance I pay more than I pay out of pocket because these people don't have their stuff together. They'll say that they're going to contact you or give you a bogus length for a virtual appointment and then charge you for a missed appointment do not go here this is a horrible place."

"Dr. Steven Sinderman was the best Psychiatrist I have ever met. He was very caring, thorough, and kind. He takes his time getting to know you. I would absolutely refer anyone to him!"

"2 stars only because my provider didn't totally suck. However. My appointments were continuously canceled at the last moment by the practice only to not be able to reschedule for months at a time, they moved everything away from the actual office to having to deal with things online or at a central call center, you can't send your provider a message about any issues you're having unless they have sent you a message first, and the absolute kicker is that now they will not allow you to see a provider unless you put a card on file for them to charge whenever they feel like it. After having to dispute at least a half dozen improper charges (things like being billed for the wrong provider, being charged for an in office visit instead of a free telehealth visit, etc), I don't feel comfortable giving them my credit or debit card information. They say that you can remove the card from billing any time you want, which is technically true, but then they expect you to add it again to see the doctor and it becomes a vicious cycle that just isn't worth the effort. This organization definitely cares more about lining their own pockets than they do their patients. Shame on them. I just canceled any further appointments with them and am looking for a new provider."
