"Kendra is a wonderful friend and colleague of mine. I noticed the bad review so I wanted to leave a positive one since the rating doesn't accurately reflect the quality of her work. Kendra stays busy because she is such an amazing counselor with tons of advanced training, education, and experience in the field of counseling and equine therapy. She knows how to tailor her services to fit the needs of her clients. Most importantly, Kendra's fun, upbeat, and compassionate personality is one that people just gravitate towards and feel very safe with. If she doesn't call you back (as the person mentioned in the 1-star review), then she is not accepting new clients, and as a solo practitioner with a full caseload, she doesn't always have the time to call every prospective client back- especially when she gets so many referrals. She doesn't even need reviews to get clients since she has a full caseload and so many word-of-mouth referrals, I just couldn't stand seeing such an amazing counselor with a 1-star rating!"
