"The technician came to our home and didn’t take the time to diagnose the problem with our air conditioning. He just tried to sell a new unit to my husband. Why say you repair and replace when all you want to offer is replacement units? We are very dissatisfied and we shouldn’t have been charged $99 for a service call that had no service. It’s a shame that they take your money but don’t do what they are supposed to do for the fee they charge. NEVER again we will use this company and will not recommend."
